Are you a beginner at climbing? In this course we show you all the basics of sportsclimbing. In 6 units we teach top rope climbing and belaying, as well as lead climbing and belaying, so that you can move safely around the entire climbing gym after the course. We also train your climbing technique and reveal tips and tricks so that you can climb better and more efficiently. Safety shouldn't be neglected here either, after all, you don't want to injure yourself or others in this great sport.
